I practice and teach mindfulness and compassion focussed meditation.

Meditation and Fika 2025

Meditate then socialise and eat cake!

Although meditation is personal, as humans we all have a mind!

Meditating with other people can be a supportive way to begin, continue and develop your personal meditation practice.
